Inground Pool Construction in Avalon, NJ
We build fiberglass, concrete, and vinyl liner pools, so you’re not locked into one option before the conversation even starts. Each construction type serves a different combination of priorities, and our team helps you match the right pool to your budget, property, and long-term plans.
- Fiberglass Pools: A smooth, nonporous gel coat surface resists algae and requires fewer chemicals over time. Fiberglass is also more flexible than concrete, which matters on barrier islands where soil conditions and temperature shifts can stress rigid structures. Installation typically takes two to four weeks.
- Concrete (Gunite) Pools: Built on-site to any shape, depth, or finish. Freeform designs, tanning ledges, and integrated spas are all possible. If you have a specific vision, concrete gives you the most freedom.
- Vinyl Liner Pools: A cost-effective inground option available in a wide range of liner patterns and sizes. A strong fit for homeowners who want an inground pool without the top-end price of concrete.
As an authorized Latham dealer serving much of South Jersey, we give customers direct access to Latham's full fiberglass lineup through a local team, not a regional sales rep. Pool installations require a zoning permit from the Borough’s Zoning Officer and a construction permit under the NJ Uniform Construction Code, with plans prepared by a licensed NJ engineer or architect. We can walk you through what to expect so the permitting process doesn’t slow your project down.
