We’re an authorized Latham dealer for much of South Jersey, and we build fiberglass, concrete, and vinyl liner pools. Three Pool Types, One Builder
Choosing the right pool construction starts with understanding your options. Island Pools & Patios builds all three inground pool types so your decision is based on what’s right for you, not on what we happen to offer.
- Fiberglass pools feature smooth gelcoat interiors, typically require fewer chemicals to maintain balance, and can install faster than poured concrete alternatives.
- Concrete pools offer the widest range of shapes, depths, and finish options, including pebble walls, tile accents, and integrated hydrotherapy spas with custom finishes. If you can sketch it, concrete can likely build it.
- Vinyl liner pools are the most budget-accessible inground option and still allow for a range of custom shapes and sizes to fit your yard.
Every pool we build is completely original. Our owners stay personally involved in each project, and as our customers will tell you, that means your backyard won’t look like anyone else’s on the block.
Patio & Hardscape Design Built Around Your Property
A great pool is only part of the picture. Our hardscape crews design and build patios, pool surrounds, and outdoor living spaces using natural stone, concrete pavers, and other materials suited to coastal South Jersey properties. The project manager assigned to your build stays with you from the on-site consultation and property walkthrough through every stage to the finishing touches, so there’s one point of contact who knows your project inside and out.
Once the hardscape is complete, furnishing the space is just as straightforward. Our retail store carries outdoor furniture from Parker James and Summer Classics, along with backyard cabanas, umbrellas, tables, and chairs. Coastal conditions along the Jersey Shore, including salt air, humidity, and seasonal temperature swings, put real demands on pool water chemistry.
