- Weekly Maintenance: We skim, brush, vacuum, test and balance water chemistry, empty baskets, and inspect equipment every week, on schedule. Your pool is always guest-ready.
- Water Chemistry Balancing: We test pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and cyanuric acid levels, then treat precisely. Properly balanced water protects bathers, surfaces, and equipment alike.
- Algae Treatment and Removal: Shore humidity and warm summer temperatures make local pools especially susceptible to algae. We identify the strain and eliminate it without over-treating your water.
- Filter Cleaning and Backwash: Sand, DE, and cartridge filters are cleaned or backwashed on the proper cycle. A clean filter is your pool's first line of defense against cloudy water.
- Opening and Closing Service: We handle full spring openings and fall winterizations — removing covers, restoring equipment, shocking and balancing, or safely winterizing lines before the first freeze.

We also offer pre-holiday deep cleans and one-time visits for when your shore house is between guests.
We'll then help you as the season slows in fall. We'll perform an end-of-season clean, balance the water for the off-season, and get everything prepped for winterization. When winter rolls around, we blow and plug the lines, apply winter chemical treatment, install the cover, and store any equipment that needs to come in so your pool is protected until opening day.
