Custom In-Ground Pool Installation in North Wildwood

We build fiberglass, concrete, and vinyl liner pools, so you aren't steered toward one construction type just because it's the only one we offer. Each option has real advantages depending on your budget, your timeline, and how much ongoing maintenance you want. Fiberglass pools are installed as a single shell and typically require fewer chemicals over time. Concrete gives you freedom on shape, depth, and finish. Vinyl liner pools are a cost-effective inground option with a wide range of patterns and replaceable liners when the time comes.

As an authorized Latham dealer serving much of South Jersey, we give homeowners direct access to Latham's full fiberglass lineup through a local team that handles everything from selection through installation. A dedicated project manager joins you from the initial on-site consultation and property walkthrough all the way through the finishing touches.

Patio & Hardscape Design for Outdoor Spaces

A pool is only part of the picture. Island Pools & Patios also designs and builds the outdoor spaces that make a pool worth having: pool decks, patios, retaining walls, fire pits, and hydrotherapy spa surrounds. Working with one contractor for both the pool and the surrounding hardscape simplifies the entire process: one design vision, one permitting process, one point of contact.

Jersey Shore properties deal with salt air, humidity, and freeze-thaw cycles that affect both material selection and drainage. Our hardscape crews work with that in mind. Every hardscape project starts with an on-site consultation and a dedicated project manager, just like our pool builds.

Pool & Spa Maintenance Contracts 

Seasonal and year-round service is a significant part of what we do. We offer weekly pool and spa service, seasonal maintenance contracts, off-season inspections, and dedicated contracts for condominium properties and commercial accounts. For property managers overseeing multiple units or a community pool, our commercial and condo maintenance programs are structured to handle the volume and compliance demands that residential contracts don't cover.

We also handle pool openings each spring and full winterization at the end of the season. Proper winterization matters on the Jersey Shore. Coastal temperature swings and freeze-thaw cycles can damage plumbing, equipment, and pool surfaces if closing is rushed or incomplete. We work to make sure it's done right.

Free water testing is available at our Cape May Court House store. Bring in a water sample and our in-house technicians can run a full analysis and walk you through exactly what your pool needs to stay clean, clear, and balanced. It's a no-commitment starting point for homeowners who aren't sure what their water is doing.

Retail Store & Free Delivery

Our retail location is stocked with pool chemicals, pump equipment, water testing kits, and outdoor furniture from Parker James and Summer Classics. If you can't make it in, we deliver chemicals, parts, and furniture to you at no charge. There's no advertised minimum order threshold. We just deliver it.
