Island Pools put our pool in 6 years ago and we couldn’t have been happier. Though it took a little longer than expected, the price, quality and workmanship was excellent. The true test is their service in the last 6 years. We had a few minor problems and they were very responsive. Their opening and closing service is always done when requested and the weekly cleaning service is reliable. If you are putting in a pool, I would definitely recommend Keith and Island Pools.

Would like to add, I’ve had my pool by Island Pools for five years now and their team opens and closes my pool. They are point on for scheduling and I’ve experienced no problems. Questions I’ve had for upkeep are answered immediately. Our pool robot does the job in 2 hours vs one person manually over an hour. Always clean and clear and all materials they recommended were not annual throwaways. Still have my original equipment they recommended. Quality workmanship and professional employees that built a beautiful inground pool, fencing and pavers. Started in May and was swimming in my heated pool in August. Highly recommend and total cost for a turnkey operation was reasonable.

Our Four Seasons at Stone Harbor community (FSSH) has been extremely happy with Island Pool & Patios. They have been servicing our community pool for the past 13 years and are very reliable. The staff has been very professional and are properly certified (CPO) to clean and test our pool water on a daily basis. All results are documented in a daily logbook as required. Our water quality has always been good and safe for swimming and in compliance with New Jersey Department of Health bathing codes. General repairs and maintenance are also done when required.

Island Pools and Patios designed and built us a custom inground swimming pool and spa. It started with sample photos and videos that my wife and I provided to the owner of Island Pools. What Keith provided us was a beautifully done YouTube rendering of what the final product would look like from a 360 degree perspective. This brought the project to life. Now this was no ordinary project that Keith designed, but rather an elaborate outdoor oasis. Included in the pool is a swim-up bar with 4 barstools in the water. There is a waterfall wall with 2 firebowls, which also have water spilling out of them. But that's not all, Keith custom designed a 12-foot waterfall that appears to fall from the roof of the pool house and outdoor kitchen that overhang the pool, and in particular, the 4 barstools on those hot summer afternoons. A full outdoor kitchen was also installed by Island Pools, which ties into the pool. What pulls everything together is the 1,200 square feet of travertine decking surrounding the pool. Island Pools added one final step, which is the pool and spa lighting, which makes them come alive at night. With Keith and his team's help, we can now say we have the backyard of our dreams. We love our pool! Island Pools & Patios does it all. They helped design the space, pulled all the permits/surveys, pool install and pavers. The quality of the work is unmatched. We love the sundeck and bench seats built right into the sides. It even lights up at night different colors! I can control everything on my phone with the app, which is great for turning up the heater before we get down the shore in May!

Great company and great people! Michelle and Kim in the office have been very helpful, returning my calls multiple times to let me know when an item I needed was in stock. As a CPO, I appreciate that they don’t try to rip you off on chemicals or convince you to buy unnecessary items. They also delivered a new skimmer pole that wouldn’t fit in my car, even though I’m not a regular customer on their delivery route. They even helped me out with a plaster problem and gave me great advice and information. I will definitely be using them for all of my pool needs in the future and highly recommend them to everyone who has a pool.
